Leadership & Governance
FOSCA Myanmar is guided by a dedicated Board of Directors and an experienced leadership team committed to safeguarding children, strengthening foster families, and ensuring that our work is ethical, transparent, and accountable. Our governance framework is designed to uphold the highest standards of child protection, financial stewardship, and organizational integrity.
Our Governance Structure
FOSCA Myanmar operates as a non-profit organization governed by an independent Board of Directors. The Board provides strategic direction, approves organizational policies and budgets, and oversees performance against our mission and values. Day-to-day operations are led by the Executive Director and senior management team, who are responsible for implementing the Board’s decisions and ensuring quality in all programs.
To ensure strong checks and balances, key decisions are guided by clear policies, regular reviews, and input from child protection experts, foster families, and community partners.
Board of Directors
Our Board of Directors brings together expertise in child protection, social work, law, finance, and community development. Board members serve on a voluntary basis and are selected for their commitment to child safety, ethical leadership, and good governance.
